Really? Am I doing a recipe for a baked potato? Yes!!!! I love baked potatoes! I like them at restaurants – when they’re crunchy on the outside…
Salty on the outside, fluffy on the inside! Finally I can make one and get that perfect texture and it won’t take an hour!!! Woohoo!

Can you air fry baked potatoes?
Yes!!! It’s really the same as you would do in the oven but it just goes quicker! You poke it, oil it, salt it and air fryer it!
How long do you air fry a baked potato?
You can see the size of this potato – I did this for 25 minutes and it was perfect. I did a potato another night that was “thicker” and shorter and it took 30 minutes. So when it’s done – pop open the air fryer and slip a knife in – if it slides in like hot butter – then it’s done! If not – add a few more minutes!

Now I know the air fryer is all about not using oil – but in this case if you like that crispy potato skin – you need a bit. It doesn’t take much – and it make it so much better!
What are other great air fryer side dishes?
– Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts
