How to make Broccoli & Cauliflower Recipe in the Air Fryer
Besides being a delicious side, you can use these veggies in salads, veggie tacos, in a veggie wrap or even on a pizza! Here’s how to make them:
- Cut all broccoli and cauliflower into florets
- In a large bowl add florets, sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and fresh Parmesan cheese
- Add 1/4 cup water into bottom of basket – not enough to come up through tray. This will help steam the veggies and not over crisp them.

- Open basket and shake to toss, sprinkle lightly with additional olive oil and parmesan cheese
- Air fry an additional 7 minutes
- Remove and serve with butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
