Marinated Pork Tenderloin in the air fryer is a favorite dinner in our house. Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite cuts of meat because it’s always juicy & easy!

What You Will ❤️ About Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
- Easy! You can buy pre-seasoned and just pop out of the package and into the air fryer! But – I have a delicious marinade that’s just as simple!
- Juicy! Pork tenderloin is always juicy & delicious. It’s the most tender cut of pork and is perfect every time!
- Fast! Pork tenderloin takes half the time in the air fryer vs. the oven!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin is one of the more lean cuts of meat that comes from along the backbone of the piggie. It’s very tender and is often marinated. I’ve got a sweet and zingy marinade for you to try! Here’s what you’ll need:
- Pork Tenderloin – Tenderloin is the skinny, long cut of pork that is approx. 3″ in diameter. I prefer to purchase a plain tenderloin and season myself – but the pre-seasoned are great in a pinch!
- Marinade Ingredients: No need for extra salt in this marinade!
- Liquids: Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil
- Sweet: Brown Sugar – you can use light or dark – or even swap with honey or maple syrup
- Zing: Dijon Mustard – you could also substitute a horseradish mustard
- Seasonings: Minced Garlic, White Pepper, Ginger (fresh if you have it)
- Alternative Spices: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Paprika

This recipe was made using the Paula Deen Air Fryer.

How to make Marinated Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer?
It’s so simple! Season and put it in the air fryer! Nothing to it! For a juicy pork tenderloin, be sure to remove at 145º internal temperature! Here’s what you’ll do:
- Remove pork loin from packaging and rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place pork tenderloin in a plastic zipper bag. Add remaining ingredients to the bag. Mush the ingredients around so they get mixed together and coat the tenderloin.
- Marinate pork tenderloin in the fridge overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
- Remove pork tenderloin from the zipper bag and shake off any excess marinade. Place tenderloin in air fryer basket. Air fry at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, check the internal temperature of the tenderloin with an instant read meat thermometer. When the tenderloin reaches 145º, remove from air fryer and set on cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
- Slice into 1″ thick medallions and serve.

FAQs
Yes!!!! It is perfectly safe to eat pork at 145º internal temperature which should mean your pork will have a blush of pink and it’s perfect.
Determining how long to cook your pork in the air fryer really depends on the size. This was about a 1.5 pound pork tenderloin and was ready in 25 minutes.
Yes! Lower the temp to 330º and air fry for 30 minutes. Check the internal temperature to be sure it’s 145º.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass storage ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the air fryer at 300º for 4-5 minutes.

Is this recipe for tenderloin roast or for ,center cut pork loin roast
I used a pork tenderloin – but you could do a loin – it just might take longer
Do you put it on fry or roast ?
My air fryers don’t have different options – but I would say “fry” – not sure if they cook much differently.
