How to make Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
These cream cheese-filled rolls are easy to make layer your cream cheese & fresh blueberries and then add a little streusel topping and you’re ready for the oven!
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a flat surface, roll out and separate the crescent roll dough triangles by the perforated seams. Lay triangles onto parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, with a hand mixer, cream together 7 oz. of cream cheese and 3 Tbsp. of sugar for 1 minute until smooth. Spread onto each triangle of dough.
- Spread blueberries over cream cheese mixture – from the wide end to the tip of the triangle
- Mix together streusel topping by cutting butter, flour, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and cinnamon together with a fork or your fingers until it’s a crumbly texture
- Sprinkle streusel topping over blueberries
- Roll up crescent rolls
- Sprinkle remaining streusel topping and brown sugar over top of each finished roll
- Bake at 375 for 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
- While rolls are baking, mix together the glaze by creaming together the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- When rolls come out of the oven, drizzle with glaze and serve.

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Puff pastry is a good swap or in a pinch – you can even roll out white bread to make it flatter and use that!
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Preferred Reheating Method: Air Fryer 300º for 4 min. Microwave – 20 seconds
