Can you air fry broccoli?
Yes definitely! I really have found you can air fry nearly every vegetable – you can do this really simply with just olive oil, salt and pepper. I – however – am a little obsessed with balsamic vinegar at the moment! So I tossed the broccoli in a combination of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a few seasonings – then into the air fryer!
If you want something even quicker – just grab some Italian dressing or a vinaigrette from the fridge – it’s basically all the same ingredients!

Air fryer broccoli is a perfect side for any number of dishes! I made it with my oven baked pork chops. I like making broccoli in the air fryer because it keeps that nice crunch to it! You air fry them at 375 for 7 minutes and shake halfway through.

Here are my favorite air fryer vegetable recipes:
– buffalo cauliflower
– avocado fries
– cabbage
And if you’re wondering about those adorable bowls – I got them in Nassau Bahamas when I was on my Carnival Cruise!
